The Φ130/Φ350×350 4-Hi Reversing AGC Cold Rolling Mill consists of the mechanical equipments, electrical transmission system, PLC control system, computer thickness control system, hydraulic system, lubrication system, and instrument system. In which, the mechanical equipments consist of loading (unloading) coil car, right hydraulic expansion recoiler, front mill process platform, 350mm 4-hi reversing AGC cold rolling mill line, rear mill process platform, left hydraulic expansion recoiler, loading (unloading) coil car and accompanying roller changing system. The hydraulic system consists of general, AGC hydraulic station. The lubrication system consists of thin oil lubrication system, process liquid lubrication system. The entire unit is an automated complete set of equipment composed of mechanical, electrical, instrument, and hydraulic integration.
