The Φ450×1300/Φ1250×1250mm 4-Hi non-reversible cold rolling mill is through consistent summarizing and improving after manufacture numerous cold mill on the basis of absorbing the advantages of similar mills. The entry material for this mill is aluminium and its alloys with entry thickness of 22mm (Max.) and exit thickness of 1mm (Min.).
This cold rolling mill has advanced electric transmission control system, advanced AGC system, which can make the product precision of thickness. DC motors is supplied with power by advanced digital silicon, and use PLC to do digital logical calculation, parameter setting, automatic controlling, etc. In addition, this cold rolling mill has various complete auxiliary system, such as lubricating system, air blowing device, fume exhausting device, etc. which provide reliable guarantee for the production high quality products.
